Our Goddess Hylia

My god(dess)! Excuse the pun. But I really really like how this turned out! I've been adding pictures to my favorites that I like so that I could revisit them and analyze the artists' technique, hoping to learn something out of it, and this is the first result of trying something out from one of those pictures. I love Zelda, and I'm a big fan of Skyward Sword, so I decided that I'd do a piece with Zelda from that game.

For those of you who haven't played the game, (SPOILER) Hylia is a goddess who abandoned her immortality to take a vessel in Zelda so that she could one day guide Link (chosen hero and all that) to the triforce, which the gods created but could not use. (SPOILER OVER)

All in all I'm really satisfied with how this came out. Maybe went a little too nutty on the overlay abuse, but I wanted to establish a glowing effect since Hylia is a goddess and all. I hope you guys like it too! Let me know what you think in the comments.
